It is with great fondness that we remember our dear friend and colleague Nick Toltl who passed away in April 2017. Nick was a champion of the analytical community in Canada and worked for many years serving on the analytical executive committee of the ACD. He was passionate about facilitating links between industry and academia and demonstrated that with his numerous initiatives while at Eli Lilly, SGS Analytical, and C2C consulting. All who knew Nick, will remember his commitment to the community, love of laughter and desire to inject fun into all things. He will be greatly missed.
